Kundalini is a somatic sensual energy in which we encounter the catalyst to every mechanism of existence which manifests and illuminates our highest purpose and purified desire.

 It is living energetic potential that awakens the journey of exploration, discovery and divine presence of enlightenment.

Kundalini is of eastern origin and in Sanskrit means “coiled snake”.

This universal serpent is the energy of creation.
The sacred practices and teachings of the Kundalini and its alchemical healing and enlightening powers are bestowed within our body consciousness as a magnetic force that enables one to evolve, awaken and ascend.

Our awakening of Kundalini is an attainment that occurs when the journey through the trinity of Head, Heart and Sex has been perfected. It is when our imagination, creativity, desire, manifestation, truth and trust has filled the subconscious with energy that resonates with receiving and simultaneously releasing.

This is the Inhale and Exhale of Evolution. 

Consciousness expands into the spaces you allow, the spaces you have given permission to and the spaces you have grown into.

The goal of the Kundalini mechanism is to transition dormant energy through the chakra system, from the root and raise it into the crown to enlighten, activate and expand the individual consciousness into states of Samadhi. Samadhi is related to the process of releasing tension, fear, trauma, density and limiting thoughts/behavior by altering the activity of the mind, enabling one to transmute traumatic energies into pleasure, sensuality, joy and delight, bringing your full awareness, intention and inspiration into somatic surrender and miraculous healing.

This somatic surrender awakens and enlivens the kundalini tree of life - all the chakras - so that our consciousness can access divine planes of existence.

Kundalini energy, universal energy of creation, spirals and wraps around passionate intention to create. Without doubt or hesitation, Kundalini moves within the vessel motioning divine frequency into reality. It has no words, it is just powerful, instinctual and free flowing. This divine frequency attunes you to recognize or witness when you are feeling limited as creator energy has no bounds, and when balanced and released from within, the Kundalini is the frequency of manifestation— physical, emotional, and spiritual creation.

Kundalini Alchemy is the practice of bringing this frequency into your life.

This can feel similar to altered states of consciousness, lucid dreaming, waves of vibrating energy, intense internal heat or cold temperatures, emotional expressions and releases, involuntary yogic postures, light language and more. You may feel a sense of lightness and clarity, spaciousness, freedom from identity and ego, during and after a Kundalini Alchemy session; this is all normal as prana - your vital life force energy - has been awakened. Your subtle body channels are open, tingling and buzzing as your kundalini is awakening. You may also experience light sleep, activated dream space and possible short-lived reactivations for sometimes up to a week. 

Energy knows no bounds, has no limits, is quantum and infinite.

  • I am an advanced Kundalini Activation, Bodywork and De-armoring facilitator trained by the Elliot Saxby School of Kundalini Bodywork in Europe. I am trained in the school of Tantric Temple Arts and I am a Reiki Master of 12 years and Teacher of 6 different modalities including Magdalene Reiki, Pyramid of Isis Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, Mother Mary Reiki, Usui Reiki and Seraphim Reiki. I was attuned by Eileen Mccourt of Ireland, a Grand Master Reiki Teacher of over 20 various Reiki Modalities. I am a Trauma Informed Breathwork practitioner and I am currently studying for my BioMancy Diploma at Biomancy University with Dr. Azra Bertrand.

  • The most important aspect of a Kundalini Alchemy session is your intention. What are you wanting to create with this energy? What are you wanting to give life, death and rebirth to? We start with an intention that is fully alive in your head, heart and sex.. what is a deep desire to embrace or release. We create spaciousness around aligning to that intention and allowing what stands in the way to be lovingly absolved so that inspired energy of your intention can be free to code into your experience.

    Kundalini Alchemy sessions gift you the intentional space to fully arrive in presence, passion and purpose.Create a quiet sacred space where you won't be disturbed for at least 2.5 - 3 hours. Light a candle and come into a meditative state that allows your body to be receptive to universal currents of channeled healing.

  • Typically, a Kundalini Alchemy session is 2-2.5 hours but can go longer depending on specific individual needs and pre and post support.

  • Yes! I used to wonder if virtual healing sessions were as effective as in-person. However, I've found over the past 10 years of providing energy healing services in-person and most recently over the last five years virtually that distance healing is sometimes even more transformative as you are surrounded within your own creature comforts, space and familiar surroundings that allow you, in ease, to receive the transmissions of powerful healing, release and transcendence.

    Practically, for distance energy sessions, we meet over Zoom, record your sessions so you have the transmissions and insights that may arise and keep the session to relate to along your journey.

  • This modality is meant to be on-going and consistent up to a certain point where the energy creates its own continuity, patterning and journey. The sessions leading up to that moment are creating space, releasing, increasing truth and trust, allowance and surrender for your body to intelligently design a blueprint of ascension for you. I typically recommend 4-6 sessions two weeks apart to start your journey. These are packaged sessions where we build on the energy, creating a strengthened vessel that can receive and release symbiotically, maintaining a physical, energetic and spiritual balance within all areas of your life.

    Single sessions are offered, however, the system of Kundalini Alchemy is best utilized over a journey of transformational expansion, realization and healing.
